Hybrid Maize

Hybrid AH-58 (PEHM-3)

This early maturity hybrid matures in 78-83 day. Seeds are bold yellow colourd. Resistant to heat stress. Average yield is 50 q/ha and suitable for Andhra Pardesh, Karnatak, Maharastra, Tamilnadu and NCR Delhi

Hybrid AH-421 (PEHM-5)

यह संकर किस्‍म जल्‍दी पकने वाली (80 से 85 दिन) है और वृहत क्षेत्रों में अच्‍छी उपज देती है। जल भराव की अवस्‍था में भी अच्‍छा प्रदर्शन करती है नाईट्रोजन की उच्‍च मात्रा में अघिक उपज देती है। औसत उपज 50 कु प्रति हैक्‍टेअर है। उत्‍तर मैदानी क्षेत्रों व प्रायदीपीय क्षेत्रों के लिए उपयुक्‍त है।

Grain bold and yellow colourd. Medium-maturing (95-110 days). Suitable for the northern plains and Peninsular India. Resistant to leaf-blight and brown strip, downy mildew, stem-borer and drought

Ganga Safed-2

Grains medium, white coloured. Medium-maturing hybrid. Suitable for growing in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan. It is resistant to foliar diseases bacterial stalk rot.

Deccan

Grain bold and yellow colourd. Medium-maturing (105-110 days), recommended for Peninsular India. Highly resistant to leaf-blight and downy mildew.

Hi-Starch

Grain bold and yellow colourd. Medium-maturing (105-115 days) Popular for cultivation, at high elevations( upto 2000 mts). Highly resistant to downy mildew, leaf-blight and rust. Susceptible to stalk-rots under water-logged conditions.

Himalayan

Grains bold white coloured.Medium-maturing, It has high starch recovery. Popular in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh as rabi crop

NMH 909 (Raja)

Hybrid of nuziveedu seeds. Plant hight 200-220 cm. Maturity period 100-110 days in Kharif, 140-150 days in Rabi and 160-170 days in rabi crop of Bihar region. Grain medium tangerine (Narangi) color, round & flat.. Suitable for growing in humid and irrigated area. Tolerant to leaf blight.

NMH 360 (Krishana)

Hybrid of nuziveedu seeds. Maturity period 100-110 days in Kharif, 130-140 days in Rabi and 160-170 days in rabi crop of Bihar region. Grain tangerine (Narangi) yellow color, semi round. Suitable for growing Bihar region of India. Tolerant to leaf blight.

NMH 589 (Suwarna)

Hybrid of nuziveedu seeds. Maturity period 95-100 days in Kharif/zaid, 120-125 days in Rabi and 150-160 days in rabi crop of Bihar region. Grain bold, tangerine (Narangi) color, semi flat. yield 25-28 q/acre in kharif, 30-32 q/acre in rabi. Tolerant to blight and water stress.

NMH 234 (Kamdehnu)

Hybrid of nuziveedu seeds. Maturity period 80-85 days in Kharif/zaid, 95-100 days in Rabi and 120-130 days in rabi crop of Bihar region. Grain bold round, dark tangerine (Narangi) color. yield 22-25 q/acre in kharif, 30-32 q/acre in rabi. Tolerant to blight and water stress. Suitable for intercroping with soyabeen, Termeric or sugarcane
